the libjpeg-turbo package no longer provides libjpeg, only libjpeg.so=8-64, the dependencies should be updated to either depend on libjpeg.so or libjpeg-turbo. currently, this will require building mozjpeg or mozjpeg-git from source in order to use.

Note:

Also a Java Virtual machine is bundled, which has it's own license, I don't know which; but that should be added to the license array.
