According to namcap, the following dependencies are missing:

  • libpcap
  • sndio
scream-git E: Dependency libpcap detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/libpcap.so.1'] needed in files ['usr/bin/scream'])
scream-git E: Dependency sndio detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/libsndio.so.7'] needed in files ['usr/bin/scream'])

Also, you need to make the license identifier SPDX compliant:

scream-git E: custom:MS-PL is not a valid SPDX license identifier. See https://spdx.org/licenses/ for valid identifiers, or prefix the identifier with 'LicenseRef-', if it is custom.

This needs git package in makedepends, wont work otherwise in clean chroot.
