The repo doesn't contain license information. However, the maintainer is the upstream developer, so the license is presumably correct.

You need to add gtk3 to the depends array.

Just an information:

python-sympy is a missing dependency of community/python-pytorch ↗ Bug report to Arch Linux package python-pytorch is filed.

Without it, running sdiff-gtk fails due to python-pytorch not beeing happy:
