Please. You can change the source link from source = ("https: // ...") to source = ("http: // ...").

Another workaround I found was to change the source link from
source=("https://...")
tosource=("http://...")

There is a workaround for anyone have trouble with ca-certificates
1. Clone the repository
2. Manually download the sdx-.kit from this Sources section
3. Put the sdx-.kit into repository folder
4. Edit line 13 in PKGBUILD source=(...) to source=(sdx*.kit)>
5. Use
makepkg --install
to install the packagedr460nf1r3 commented on 2021-01-26 17:55 (UTC)

Yes, I have ca-certificates installed, and it and ca-certificates-mozilla are both up to date.

Cert still looks valid to me. Do you have ca-certificates package installed?
