if you're relying on this documentation to determine that the package isn't out of date, then you should know that this package qualifies as a VCS package. As such, it should be renamed to sevi-icon-theme-full-git, see: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/VCS_package_guidelines#Package_naming .
Additionally, although not necessarily since you are not downloading from a tarball, I would recommend renaming it to sevi-git, see: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PKGBUILD#pkgname
