@AcridBrimistic,
In PKGBUILDs I tend to proactively insulate the expansion of variables with double quotation marks. Apparently I am obsessive about this because I've observed that more experienced developers don't do it in as widespread a manner as me.
I have no doubt the filename-including-space thing is frustrating for most of us. We are fortunate to use an OS which was and is developed at the command line, not via GUI ;)

The PKGBUILD fails to install if there's a space in any of the directories in the path thereto. I learned this the hard way by trying to install it inside the directory of the sfArks I had had :). When will people learn that 'Harpsichord Files' is not a great directory name?

@Popolon,
D'oh! :\ My mistake. (The older version didn't make install into /usr/local.)
Fixed, and pkgrel incremented. Thank you for reporting :)

Please at make install line in package, replace the current line by this line, so the lib will be available by default :
