@maandree, thanks! Updated the PKGBUILD.

I have fixed the problem.

@gavinhungry, you do not need to install all files manually, the makefile has rules for installation. And if you do not want the install a pdf, a dvi and a ps version of the info manual `make default man` (and `make install install-man`) will do.

Should we report a bug?

@Det, I think it's fixed now.

@Det, I'm seeing this as well, although (sometimes?) I can do it with only 2 runs of makepkg ... weird. I'll look into it.

I don't know what's wrong with it. I can build just fine manually by doing a 'make all' (same as 'make default doc', right?:, but makepkg wants me to run a total of 3 times, until everything gets built:

1st run (full):

@Det, try 0.228.8fc3a72-1

Looks like it needs mktexfmt, which is in texlive-core (texlive-bin is a dep). I can build it as-is on my machine (likely because I already have those deps installed). I'll add texlive-core to makedepends, let me know how that works out for you.

Also makedepends on 'texlive-bin', but it's still failing:

To ensure that the compiler does not modify the behaviour of the program when optimising, I suggest:

make C_OPTIMISE=-O0 c
ref="$(bin/c/sha3sum LICENSE)"
make -B C_OPTIMISE=-O6 c
test "$(bin/c/sha3sum LICENSE)" = "$ref"

Optionally iterate down to -O3 until the test passes.

Additionally, users should be aware that the behaviour
of sha3sum without explicit settings can change as SHS
gets updated to standardise SHA-3.
