I added a Zero Clause BSD license file. Thank you for wanting to add shikane to the official Archlinux repositories :D

@w0lff, recently migrated off of kanshi to shikane - thank you for a great utility!

I'm planning to move this to the official repositories - in order for us to base the official package on your PKGBUILD and to attribute you, we need you to add a Zero Clause BSD license file to the AUR repository, would you mind doing that?

remove pandoc-cli from the dependency list, it clashes with with pandoc-bin, and also installs a huge number of unwanted of haskell packages
