since shoko-server copy files from $binary_dir/webui to $home_dir/.shoko/Shoko.CLI/webui (binary_dir=/usr/lib/shoko; home_dir=/var/lib/shoko) you may want to clean it after upgrade or manually download and extract webui from the release page
