Unfortenatly gitlab deletes old jobs, so this package is now broken till I figure out some new tricks/hacks to use. Thanks for cheking it out, I'll notify in the comments if I figure something out

Thanks, @sigmacold, for working on the PKGBUILD
!
@derieck, I added a couple of the stuff that you mentioned do you think that's enough? I'm using the job numbers from https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Shortwave/-/jobs as the version number
Currently I can't update to a more recent number, because the new versions requires gtk4 4.6 (not even released)
What is special about this package? (What does -hack
mean?)
Can you make a sticky note, and best also inclusion in $pkgdesc
, what is special with this package?
(Also, is there a version number available that resembles the upstream version this is based on?, if so, can you incorportate that as the first part in $pkgver
?)
Can you add provides
(if applicable, with =${pkgver}
) and conflicts
entries, please?
Thanks for maintaining!
This pkg uses the flatpak version and intercepts libc functions to make it work.
It also uses a fork that comments out gtk 4.6 usage (https://gitlab.gnome.org/sigmaSd/Shortwave/-/tree/sigmaSd-master-patch-99193).
This is a pile of hacks, not guaranteed to be maintained.
Please do not report issues to upstream if you use this package.
Why this package was created: To avoid compiling gtk.
Current Status: works
