Changed the name of the binary in V2 just released.

Conflicts with libshout (which is a transitive dependency of spice). Not sure if there's a good way to fix that, but the install is blocked with the following error:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
shout: /usr/bin/shout exists in filesystem (owned by libshout)
