Same problem here on Manjaro XFCE, I updated the dep: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/perl-gtk2-unique as well as ravens did, but now I'm getting this error:

Can't locate Gtk2/ImageView.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Gtk2::ImageView module) (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.32/site_perl /usr/share/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.32/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.32/core_perl /usr/share/perl5/core_perl) at /usr/bin/shutter line 54. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/shutter line 54.

Anybody could help?

Probably you need to clean build perl-gnome2-wnck after the recent perl update.

It still depends on gnomecanvas-perl package:
