I found a small issue with your systemd unit. It is not possible to use "tun" mode and process name/path sniffing with it. Hardening options is too restrictive.

I made a few fixes and now it works correctly:

CapabilityBoundingSet=CAP_NET_ADMIN CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE CAP_SYS_PTRACE CAP_DAC_READ_SEARCH
AmbientCapabilities=CAP_NET_ADMIN CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE CAP_SYS_PTRACE CAP_DAC_READ_SEARCH
DeviceAllow=/dev/net/tun
PrivateDevices=false # or just remove it
