seem there are a problem with current build (21/11/2023) PKGBUILD is not updated to new version of db and license links and sha256
You can manualy fix the PKGBUILD file and install

Please remove the dependency on sing-box, the program depends on the resource file rather than the resource file depends on the program. Currently, the two packages are optional dependencies on each other, which has caused a dependency loop to a certain extent.
