We try to keep up-to-date the list of dependencies here https://free-astro.org/index.php?title=Siril:install#Dependencies or in the README https://gitlab.com/free-astro/siril/-/blob/master/README.md .

From what I see above, libffms2 does not exist, because it's ffms2 on Arch Linux I think, this should be updated too.

Soon wcslib will be optional too.

Another missing dependency is cmake.

libffms2 (community/ffms2) should be added as an optional dependency for avi support.

The build issue for siril 0.9.12 should be fixed in package version 0.9.12-3. Enjoy your new build :)

I am half of the dev team and I can reply here if needed.

Hi Marco I can add you as a co-maintainer or disown it for your favor if you wish. Direct contact with the dev team seems like a good asset :D Regards, Lukasz

Hey Marco, as you can see at the top of the page pozar87 took over, so it should be fine :) Thanks

Hi Vinvin !

Sorry to hear you're not going to be working on this anymore. I can take over if you wish (this one and the git version too). I'm guessing some people count on having updates on this :) I'm also in touch with the devs from time to time, so I can get help easily if need be.

Regards, Marco.
