Meanwhile, the owner of sirius-git requested deletion, and it's been summarily accepted by TU despite my objection.
But if you wish, you can recreate the package.
The SIRIUS project readme recommends specifically the AUR sirius-git package for users.

It seems you can add
optdepends=(blas-openblas)to this package.The blas-openblas is new in Arch repo, and implements the full OpenBLAS/lapack suite with blas, cblas, lapack, lapacke support.
