there is a typo, should be https://tel.red/repos/archlinux/sky-archlinux-2.1.7599-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

@tuximail nope it is not, here is version 2.1.7520 and newest is 2.1.7589 packages are available for all other systems, tel.red said it will be updated here soon. now I am using appimage package because it solves some bugs, but I am waiting for an update here

I am wonderint what the reason for the outdated flag is. As far as I can see, this package is based on the latest version of sky...
