Feel free to provide a PKGBUILD, but I do not see that it is an official mirror. The homepage refers to cvs only.

why not git? git://common-lisp.net/projects/mirror/slime.git I pefer git than CVS

Some problems with texi2pdf made me change the PKGBUILD so that it does not build the docs in three formats, but info-format only.

For those who think downloading and installing 130+ mb of texlive-core and dependencies only for documentation, here are the edits to skip installing documentation. 1. remove make dependencies on awk and texlive-core makedepends=('cvs') 2. Comment out or remove the following lines from the package() function cd $srcdir/slime/doc make make infodir=$pkgdir/usr/share/info install rm $pkgdir/usr/share/info/dir install -Dm644 slime.pdf $pkgdir/usr/share/doc/slime/slime.pdf install -Dm644 slime-refcard.pdf \ $pkgdir/usr/share/doc/slime/slime-refcard.pdf install -d $pkgdir/usr/share/doc/slime/html install -m644 html/* $pkgdir/usr/share/doc/slime/html

Made a real cvs-package. If you still want the tarball, use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=55247
