I've tried ffmpeg 0.92. It seems to work for the moment and didn't give the "aww snap" error in live streams.

Version 0.88.0 of ffmpeg is problematic, so if you encounter crashes while playing videos, do not seek anything else. Previuos version is fine (0.87.0).

@FabioLolix I'm not sure.The offcial website never show beta relese in 'Whatisnew'.If you think it's necessary, I will delete this package.

Hello, do they still publish beta releases? https://www.slimjet.com/en/whatisnew.php from version history can't distinguish stable from beta releases

This don't have to conflicts slimjet-git (which have a wrong name), are 'variantions' or 'slimjet' that need to provides and conflicts slimjet
