prepare() fails with missing directory {pkgname%-git}:

/var/cache/yay/smooth-git/PKGBUILD: line 22: cd: {pkgname%-git}: No such file or directory

You forgot the $ in front of {pkgname%-git}!

(Please test the PKGBUILD after each change before upload to catch those errors.)
