What is the difference between this package and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/snakemake-git/ ? (the latter is orphaned, you could adopt it instead of submitting a new one?)

The installation routine of this package depends on python-gitpython. Please add it to makedepends.

Hi again @clintval. This is missing a the python-datrie dependency. Thanks for maintaining all these bioinformatics packages!
