@jfaccioni @mollitz @anntzer I managed to make a running PKGBUILD, is there some way to make a PR so that it can be incorporated into AUR?

jfaccioni commented on 2019-11-05 13:39 (UTC)

Build still fails due to incorrect sha512sum. Manually fixing the sha512sum by editing PKGBUILD results in a successful build, but the program does not launch.

mollitz commented on 2019-01-22 12:48 (UTC)

Fails to build. The sha512sum is incorrect and after fixing that sum it says:

cp: cannot stat ~/snapgene-viewer/src/usr No such file or directory

Furthermore could you please change to the most recent version (4.2.11)

I have adapted your PKGBUILD for the full version of snapgene.

Updated. I don't have a license for snapgene. Feel free to adapt the current PKGBUILD (with attribution if possible) if that can help.

hi, could pls you make an aur package for snapgene as well?

anntzer commented on 2016-11-26 15:31 (UTC)

Because I didn't know makepkg would autoextract rpm files as well...

Scimmia commented on 2016-11-26 08:36 (UTC)

Why is this extracting the source a second time? makepkg already does it for you.

anntzer commented on 2016-09-12 22:34 (UTC)

No. What happens if you run directly /opt/gslbiotech/snapgene-viewer/snapgene-viewer.sh ?
