@edapa when I wrote that comment I no longer had access to Snowflake but that has since changed so a diff would be great. I can also add you as a co-maintainer if you'd like to push it yourself? In fact, I just did that :)

I've updated the package and switched it from sfsql to snowsql. Few things to keep in mind:

  • /usr/bin/snowsql is just an installer that installs the client to ~/.snowsql on first launch.
  • For minor versions, the client updates itself. If you want to disable this behaviour, please see the documentation.
  • Major version updates will be provided by this package.

hey guys, can you update this package? I am trying to install it and am getting the "libtinfo" error (not found in pacman, which makes sense because it is an AUR package). If I removed it from the dependencies, then I get a message, asking for the file to patch.

I no longer have access to the Snowflake client, so if anyone wants to adopt and update the package, let me know and I'll orphan it.
