You have to install this package manually, due to linking restrictions. Either copy snx_install_linux30.sh that you downloaded from Upstream to where PKGBUILD is located or link to it via

ln -s ~/Download/snx_install_linux30.sh ~/.cache/yay/snx

then cd into ~/.cache/yay/snx and run

makepkg -si
to install it.

Assuming you're using yay.

I'm willing to update this package to version 800010003, but new version has temporary download link only. Does anyone know some static link for this?

Hi, I think we don't need the /usr/bin/snx_uninstall in the package. Pacman should manage the package removal correctly.

Hi pietrko,

for my office's VPN nothing is changed: username and password is the same under windows and linux.

For the enumerated questions:

  1. for my office's VPN no envs configurations needed and ...

  2. ... no opening of browser is needed. Just snx -s <server> -u <username></username></server>

  3. yes this is the last build I've found. If someone found an updated version, please ask for update.

Regards

Getting SNX: Authentification failed on linux (equivalent with same password and username works fine on Windows) while used from commandline.

  1. Is there any specific configuration, envs to be done?
  2. Do I have to have browser open or something of that sort?
  3. Does this latest build (800008061-1) is viable for MobileAccess or one has to perform patching as described in djagoo commnet?
