The src1sum was correct, but the updated patch was missing. Sorry.

I've managed to build it by creating a new patch that matches correctly the line numbers. I've also removed the configure_server_ssl_tls.patch which seems to break the build.

Here the new patch :

/usr/lib/softethervpn/vpncmd/vpncmd: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looks like upstream issue. Readline was bumped up to 7.0-1.

Workaround: Symlinking seems to work. ->* ->*

Made some changes:
- cloning only master branch now, since cloning whole repository (> 1GB) is slow and not needed for build;
- updated dependencies (bash, openssl and zlib are added)
- some hardening added to the systemd units

Error is caused by using the SSLv3 by client in SoftEtherVPN (see i.e. ArchLinux now builds openssl with SSLv3_method disabled, so SoftEtherVPN can't be build anymore. I added small patch to disable the SSLv3, so now TLSv1 is forced for client.
