The latest change broke the pkgbuild. You updated the .desktop file, but not the SHA256 for it.
It should be: d96b0f8c37bf51f50c1129f01262e35b24ab615976a7cb4b11427af11eeee819

The app is now named just Soundnode. This package will still be named soundnode-app.

If upgrading from Soundnode-App, you can move your config folder from .config/Soundnode-App to .config/Soundnode to keep your old settings.

Added gconf as a dependency, thanks for reporting :)

Hi, when starting the app I get:

soundnode: error while loading shared libraries: libgconf-2.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

gconf-gtk2 is missing as a dependency.

Hey kuenx,

Suppose I could do that :) Expect an updated package in a little while.

EDIT: Revision 2 of 0.6.2 creates a symlink to /usr/bin/soundnode and cleans up the package a bit. Thanks to Earnestly for helping me out :)

kuenx commented on 2016-02-01 11:29

Would be nice of there was a symlink to /usr/bin/soundnode

I don't have a menu so I have to type the full path to /opt/soundnode-app-bin/Soundnode-App every time.

Thanks for packaging this!

@Auphora Media keys currently don't work on any linux based system as it needs mpris integration :) It is currently on hold for now, but should come in a future version.
