This needs updates to the dependencies and changes to follow the meson package guidelines, also the license is incorrect. You can refer to https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/sov for the overall PKGBUILD structure, it should be very similar.

Also you should add sov to the conflicts and provides arrays.
