This is the original game of SpaceWar! (circa 1962) that used to run on a DEC PDP-1. This is a C++ program, based on wxGtk that emulates a PDP-1 with the optional vector display. That emulator runs the 48 year old program. This is based upon a Java version that was done by a group at MIT. It is a complete re-write, with the exception that the cpu class was ported over from the Java. The PDP-1 executable was compiled by them using a cross compiler written in PERL.
