seems like you are missing a few dependencies i had to install python2-pbr in order to successfully install this package

@willemw: Is it possible to switch the source to Mercurial repository or Github mirror to get latest 2.9 version which provides the shiny color mode? https://github.com/wardi/speedometer/commit/ad584f64eb6ff19ae5232beffe4ed7a1a326e67e
