It needs to be launched with: python2 /opt/splashtop-client/SRRemote.pyc And it requires pywebkitgtk to be installed to work otherwise it fails with ImportError: No module named webkit But... either it requires something else or they changed something because I can't seem to login to my account it says incorrect password/login. The login user/password are correct because I can login in the website and I logged in sucessfully in the streamer application.

I just try to install this, and it says > $python2 /opt/splashtop-client/SRRemote.pyc Traceback (most recent call last): File "launcher/SRRemote.strip-py", line 11, in <module> File "launcher/SRTerms.strip-py", line 5, in <module> ImportError: No module named webkit Then i try to install yaourt -S webkit or yaourt -S python2-webkit but not exsist, any idea? Ty!

I ended up running the windows client in WINE

Use python2 /opt/splashtop-client/SRRemote.pyc to run it It didn't work on my machine (it couldn't detect the other machine) but I'll leave this here just in case
