@503dev - i had the same issue, opened the pkgbuild file in a texteditor and changed groups=('') to groups=('splashtop'). after that the installation worked

Install via yay fails due to issues with the PKGBUILD file.

"error: failed to parse srcinfo for 'splashtop-streamer-3.5.4.0-1': key 'groups' requires a value: Line 8: groups ="

The key needs to be deleted: groups=('')

I have the same problem with NinjaRMM Splashtop doesnt open then Link , however teamviewer is working fine.

Any ideas of how to fix this issue?

Traace commented on 2022-03-20 18:21 (UTC) (edited on 2022-03-20 18:30 (UTC) by Traace)

NinjaRMM can use Splashtop Streamer for remote desktop.

However this application doesn't come with a mime handler for st-rmm. Even when adding the handler by myself, the application is still unable to open the link.

(SRStreamer:146223): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: 19:16:47.859: This application can not open
files.

What is going on? Is that feature not supported on linux?

I updated package for x64. It only support Ubuntu Desktop 16.04 and 18.04. Send a email here(beta@splashtop.com) for support to arch.
