Having the current issue running the spotify-adblock:
error: /usr/lib/spotify-adblock.so: undefined symbol: cef_string_userfree_utf16_free

Pushed the change requested in the last comment, matching the
.desktopfile in the-gitpackage.xyzzy, I haven't used Spotify in quite some time, so please do whatever you see necessary.
