You're absolutely right. I just had to "rm -rf ~/.cache/yay/spotify-tui-bin" and then it worked. Sorry for that and thanks for the quick help!

Works for me. Tested it both locally and in a docker container. The sha256sums given is the same as the one in the github release. What is the output of sha256sum ~/.cache/yay/spotify-tui-bin/spotify-tui-linux.tar.gz

When trying to install it with yay, I get:
