Updated to 4.4, added contributed service file and required install logic for this.

Thanks for the PKGBUILD. I applied the changes and also updated to the new 4.3 version.

The package should put its binaries in /usr/bin instead of /usr/sbin. I mailed a PKGBUILD that accomplishes that.

Updated to install man pages and spread.conf to correct folders. namcap is now happy.
