Please remove the install file as those updates are now handled by pacman hooks.

@rkelly: Which provides? https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD#provides "Do not add pkgname to the provides array, as it is done automatically."

rkelly commented on 2016-09-01 18:51 (UTC)

This package conflicts with existing sqlitestudio installations (for example, sqlitestudio-bin which is no longer in the AUR). Perhaps it needs a provides statement?

@olsonpm Fixed PKGBUILD and also splited package to sqlitestudio and sqlitestudio-plugins.

I have same error for 3.1.0

dracorp commented on 2016-06-12 05:26 (UTC)

But cstdlib and stdlib.h belong to gcc (or gcc-multilib). Could you reinstall this package(s)?

I'm not familiar with C or makefiles, and the few hints I got from the web didn't help me resolve the following build error: /usr/include/c++/6.1.1/cstdlib:75:25: fatal error: stdlib.h: No such file or directory #include_next <stdlib.h> ^ compilation terminated. Makefile:608: recipe for target '../../../build/scriptingtcl.o' failed make[1]: *** [../../../build/scriptingtcl.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory '/tmp/yaourt-tmp-phil/aur-sqlitestudio/src/output/build/Plugins/ScriptingTcl' Makefile:381: recipe for target 'sub-ScriptingTcl-make_first' failed make: *** [sub-ScriptingTcl-make_first] Error 2 ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... ==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build sqlitestudio. ==> Restart building sqlitestudio ? [y/N] ==> ------------------------------------- ==> I tried both setting some default includes variable to an empty string as a qmake parameter as well as trying on a non-zsh shell to ensure my path variable was the default value (not the mangled one as a result of all my shell add-ons). The full install log is here: https://pastee.org/d6x6e My workaround is downloading the pre-built version from sqlitestudio.com, but I would like to rely on aur more for my third-party applications and am interested in why the build fails. Much appreciated, Phil

Without sqlite2: n file included from ../../../../Plugins/DbSqlite2/dbsqlite2instance.h:4:0, from ../../../../Plugins/DbSqlite2/dbsqlite2.cpp:2: ../../../../SQLiteStudio3/coreSQLiteStudio/db/abstractdb2.h:11:20: fatal error: sqlite.h: No such file or directory $ pkgfile sqlite.h community/libspatialite community/sqlite2

@dracorp: The standard arch package is core/sqlite and not sqlite2. So this installs an extra version of sqlite for everyone who wants to use this package.
