These are daily dumps dictionaries. To update to a new version, just reinstall the package. No need to update the PKGBUILD.

The dictionaries are installed under
/usr/share/stardict/dic. Point your dictionary lookup program (e.g.,goldendict-ng) to this folder with recursive search.
