The website is offline, to download the deb packages 32/64 change PGKBUILD by the links listed here: http://ganshazi.com/ I found out this site using Google. The md5 test passed.

Version 2.6.0 released with Flowchart support. http://staruml.io/download For any newbie here, just edit the PGKBUILD to version 2.6.0 and then use "SKIP" on the MD5's.

@leledumbo I'm disowning the staruml package, would you please adopt it and update it as you made for the staruml-2 package? Next please file a deletion request for the package staruml-2.
