Once you link pcre, then steam complains about missing libselinux.

Thank you very much for this fix. I tried steam-native-webhelper AUR package first but it didn't work. Thankfully this one works with no problem!

Since I've updated to the experimental Kernel 5.1 on Manjaro, I had that problem that "libpcre.so3" error on Steam and the build in web browser was unusable. "error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

This package here fixed it! Thx @zman0900 !
