according with this https://github.com/ChristophHaag/SteamVR-OpenHMD/blob/master/install_files_to_build.sh#L8 the driver should be installed in
build/bin/linux64instead ofbin/linux64also the resouces

It looks like paths.sh has been rewritten with register.sh
