Source url (steinberg.net) requires an account to download any files. Unless someone mirrors the file, one have to download asiosdk2.2.zip (or newer) manually.

Please don't flag this out of date unless there is an official sdk update. I don't know what's so difficult about doing it the legal way. Register, go to the web portal, sign in, click on the relevant sdk icon, agree to the terms, and download the zipped file: http://www.steinberg.net/nc/en/company/developer/sdk_download_portal/asio_sdk.html
