URL no longer works, use
http://kaolin.unice.fr/STk/Distrib/STk-4.0.1.tar.gz
instead. Furthermore, dependencies need to be set correctly or worked around,
e.g a4wide.sty for the doc compilation needs not just latex, but some specific package. Otherwise, the doc build needs to be disabled.
