As it said ... No such file or directory - /home/aksr/.sup/sync-back-ok ... Just do `touch /home/aksr/.sup/sync-back-ok`

I think it is better to wait for sup 0.14 with recent ruby support. Version 0.13 does not work with ruby 2.0 thus package makes no sence. I recommend manual gem installation with rvm and ruby 1.8.
