It seams like the correct option is 

LD_PRELOAD="$LD_PRELOAD /usr/lib/superblt/libsuperblt_loader.so" %command%

But the installation sais

LD_PRELOAD="$LD_PRELOAD /usr/lib/superblt/superblt_loader.so" %command%
