Removing
~/.config/trizen/sources/supergfxctl/supergfxctl-4.0.5.tar.gz
solved the problem

can you do a sha512sum on supergfxctl-4.0.5.tar.gz and compare it to this one. Also what size is the zip file you have gotten?
