There is nothing illegal about this package. This PKGBUILD just extracts the binary installer to create a package that fits better into arch. This is not a binary download, it's just a script that handles how stuff is done on *your* PC. You have to provide the binary file yourself.

Please remove your package.
From the AUR User Guide regarding what packages are permitted:
"For most cases, everything is permitted, subject to the abovementioned usefulness and scope guidelines, as long as you are in compliance with the licensing terms of the content."
I do not believe this package complies with the proper licensing terms. Are you Terry Cavanagh?

I'm sry for the harsh answer then, ciembor.
well, I suppose the description isn't exact enough. you need this aur package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hib-dlagent/ .
it's mainly thought as a fast way to download the files for when you want to install multiple packages in one batch.
But if you only want to build one file, it's easier and faster to just download the file directly.

Yes, I set hib:// DLAGENT in /etc/makepkg.conf and tried to download it manually. But I still have no idea what is this protocol and how it works.

ciembor, did you try to understand the error instead of just complaining about it?!

Could not find hib://super-hexagon-linux-16-bin-1366677959. Download manually to "/tmp/yaourt-tmp-ciembor/aur-superhexagon" or setup hib:// DLAGENT in /etc/makepkg.conf.

i removed the packaged libglew and added a dependency on the glew1.6 aur package. it's only a small d/l and builds fast, so it shouldn't be a big problem
