I think upstream has "issues" turned off unfortunately. Not there is new error:

Please file issues with surfshark-wireguard upstream at github (link above). Updating to the latest version should solve your problem. Thanks.

Seems to be getting further now, but still running into another issue:

install: target '/home/mgthepro/.cache/yay/surfshark-wireguard-git/pkg/surfshark-wireguard-git/usr/share/applications/' is not a directory: No such file or directory

Updated the build as config had lost it's .sample suffix

I keep getting this error:
