It doesn’t seem’s to install anything.
locate give me that :
locate surl
/var/lib/pacman/local/surl-0.7.0-2
/var/lib/pacman/local/surl-0.7.0-2/depends
/var/lib/pacman/local/surl-0.7.0-2/desc
/var/lib/pacman/local/surl-0.7.0-2/files

And I can’t launch it (command not found).
