It should conflict with inkscape:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
svg2sif-git: /usr/share/inkscape/extensions/synfig_fileformat.py exists in filesystem (owned by inkscape)
svg2sif-git: /usr/share/inkscape/extensions/synfig_output.inx exists in filesystem (owned by inkscape)
