Yes, I concur, this package is installing the dark theme. For now you can install sweet-theme-git which does install the light theme.

I dont know why, but this version looks exactly the same as the dark theme. Since the update to 3.0 the normal "Sweet" theme is only showing full dark settings instead of the expected light version.
