This package uses incorrect naming. The prefix for plasma themes should be "plasma5-themes". See KDE package guidelines.
Consider renaming the package or make a deletion request.

This package doesn't include the gtk4 themes. Adding it just requires adding gtk-4.0 to line 29.

for package_sweet-cursor-theme-git : line 68 

    mv cursors/Sweet-cursors "$pkgdir/usr/share/themes"

should be 

    mv cursors/Sweet-cursors "$pkgdir/usr/share/icons"

from the archwiki: "Note: For system-wide installation the /usr/share/icons directory is used"
